Acquisition
Echo Device: From "Forbidden Text Archive" Respite in Biological Research Facility, move to the left as passing by the next room. In the next room, after encountering Fusion Subject: Avian Type, jump into the corner of the left wall using Lars' Grip. Next, using Lars' Swift Flight, make a dash in the opposite direction. Upon reaching the required room, the skill will destroy the tumor, opening access to the relic.
Echo Device+: Relic Refinery - requires 4,000 scrap.
Echo Device++: Relic Refinery in NewGame+ - requires 4,000 scrap.
