Garm, also known as the Giant Gravedigger, is one of the main bosses in Ender Magnolia: Bloom in the Mist.
Lore
A large prototype Homunculus made to work at the Magicite Mine. The excavator on his arm is capable of breaking through tough bedrock. He once worked at the Arcane Factory, where he was chosen by Cain Milius to undergo a new experimental modification a process that was interrupted when a widespread riot began, carried out by Homunculi.
Combat
In battle, Garm uses the following attacks:
- Quick kick forward.
- Summons 2 fiery shock waves that travels along the ground in both directions.
- jumps up to you and slams the ground with his excavator. After the slam he releases 2 fiery shock waves that travels along the ground in both directions.
At ~90% HP, Garm briefly goes invulnerable and gains 1 new move:
- After a short delay, Garm begins to drill into the ground beneath him, staying in one place, but releasing many projectile-stones that always fly along the same trajectories. When Garm cast this move all Attacks from the front will be blocked.
At ~40 HP, Garm becomes enraged and gains improved for the following attacks:
- After the slam, Garm now remains in place and strats charge a massive pillar of fire around itself, after releasing this pillar of fire, Garm releases 5-6 massive projectile-stones.
- Summoning fire shock waves, without a slam, also gets this charge and stones release.
Very rarely does Garm use common versions of these attacks.
Spoils
The player gains the Garm's Iron Stake action, alllowing Lilac to use a falling attack which deals significant area damage and can break pustulant ground.
Damage scaling for dive is 100% when performed on low altituge, and 140% when on high altitude. Enemies hit along the way will take 10% damage.
